Our cuisine is guaranteed to surprise you, with unique recipes, flavours and textures, keeping the secrets of an excellent traditional cuisine. Natural and healthy, we offer a selection of the highest quality ingredients on the market, mushrooms, pulses and vegetables form the fundamental pillars of presentation. The main star: Sorian Black Truffle which fills our dishes with aromas.

María Luisa cooks her treasure with extreme delicacy always taking care not to damage its texture or its flavours.

Mushrooms in all of their varieties are selected as a sign of identity. Game, with its explosion of curious flavours, is another good choice. Wild boar, partridge, deer, quail, hare... equally, fish from her native land, will be capable of pleasing all palates.

Throughout the year, as a gift from the house and an aperatif, vegetable soups, boletus or vegetable are served in autumn and winter. In spring and summer, they are substituted for the famous strawberry and melon gazpacho and cold soups.
